void NxsDistancesBlock::Reset (  )  [virtual] Flushes taxonLabels and sets ntax to 0 in preparation for reading a new TAXA block. `triangle' to `NxsDistancesBlockEnumlower', `missing' to '?', `labels' and `diagonal' to true, `newtaxa' and `interleave' to false, `expectedNtax' and `nchar' to 0. and clears the matrix.
