Member NxsReader::BlockListEmpty ()

This function is almost never needed.

Member NxsReader::PositionInBlockList (NxsBlock *b)

Returns position (first block has position 0) of block `b' in `blockList'. Returns UINT_MAX if `b' cannot be found in `blockList'.
