void NxsToken::ProcessAsCommand ( ProcessedNxsCommand *  tokenVec  )  Reads until ";" and fills the vector of ProcessedNxsToken objects. Note the ";" is not included in the ProcessedNxsCommand, but it can be assumed that the semicolon followed. The NxsToken objects file position will reflect the location of the semicolon.
