NxsUnalignedBlock::NxsUnalignedBlock ( NxsTaxaBlockAPI *  tb  )  Initializes `id' to "UNALIGNED", `taxa' to `tb', `assumptionsBlock' to `ab', `ntax' and `ntaxTotal' to 0, `newtaxa' and `respectingCase' to false, `labels' to true, `datatype' to `NxsUnalignedBlockstandard', `missing' to '?', and `taxonPos' and `activeTaxon' to NULL. The `equates' map and `uMatrix' vector are both cleared. The ResetSymbols function is called to reset the `symbols' data member. Definition at line 34 of file nxsunalignedblock.cpp.
