NxsCharactersBlock* PublicNexusReader::GetCharactersBlockTemplate (  )  [inline] Returns: a pointer to the template for the NxsCharactersBlock. This object will be cloned whenever a CHARACTERS block is encountered, so modifying the default behavior of this instance will change the behavior of every NxsCharactersBlock created by the reader.
